Elite Turf Clean AZ cannot guarantee the removal of stains, urine or pet odor smell 100%. Elite Turf Clean AZ is not responsible for any seams that may show after cleaning and or powerbrooming. If seams are present prior to cleaning and or powerbrooming customer agrees that the seams are already present. Elite Turf Clean AZ cannot guarantee artificial grass blades will stand up and/or will not break after spraying or powerbrooming due to prior wear and tear and or turf quality. Due to the variation in installation processes, Elite Turf Clean AZ is not responsible if seams split apart. Elite Turf Clean AZ is not liable for any animals or other inherent risks that may or not be associated with your artificial turf systems or our service. Elite Turf Clean AZ is not liable for surrounding areas including but not limited to pots, plants, furniture, lighting, etc. Customer is responsible for securing pets in a safe location prior to and during service. Elite Turf Clean AZ is not responsible for lost pets. Customer is responsible if Elite Turf Clean AZ technicians are attacked by pets. The customer is responsible for removing as much dog waste from the turf as possible before Elite Turf Clean AZ's cleaning service. If there is an excessive amount of dog waste left on the turf, an additional fee may apply. Photos will be taken.
